YATAI CHEZ REMY

Without a doubt the most unlikely and famous yatai in town! The cook, Rémy Grenard, is French. He settled in Fukuoka and set up this unpretentious shack which nevertheless serves excellent dishes. His recipes are inspired by the French cuisine of the house with, for example, gnocchi, quiche, salads, etc. But there are also surprising fusion dishes such as ramen with bouillabaisse! Of course, it also serves French wine. The prices are reasonable and the atmosphere friendly.
