U.S. BURGER

The name leaves no room for mystery. We are here to taste a real good burger from Uncle Sam. At the helm, we find Jim, an American living in Fukuoka who shares his passion for burgers. And they are simply divine (special mention to the double cheeseburger!). Jim prepares all his ingredients himself, even drying his own bacon so that it crisps up to perfection. The grill is in the middle, Jim is chatting with us, baseball jerseys are hanging on the wall... no doubt, the USA has landed in Fukuoka.
