This is a popular chain among Nagoya residents for miso nikomi udon. This is the address of the parent company Yamamotoya Sōhon-ke, which has been upholding the tradition of its miso nikomi udon since 1925. There are several other shops scattered around the city and Aichi Prefecture. There is even an address in Wakayama. Four types of udon are on the menu. We recommend the one at ¥1,075. It is the simplest, but the culinary experience is there. You can also choose to have rice, oden or pickled Chinese cabbage.
