KEHI NO MATSUBARA

Kehi no Matsubara is a natural haven in the heart of Tsuruga. With a length of about 1.5 km and an area of 400,000 square meters, this magnificent pine park, considered as one of the three most beautiful in Japan, faces the sea. The contrast between the blue of the horizon, the white of the sand and the green of the pines is very poetic. It is very pleasant to rest for a while on this beach to contemplate the surroundings. The beach lovers also meet there, especially in summer. On August 16, a floating lantern show is organized here.
