IRORI

This traditional restaurant offers local specialties: sansai (mountain vegetables), trout, hoba miso (soybean paste cooked on a magnolia leaf). Hida beef is also well represented. The menu is varied and, in addition to the copious sets, there are soba, curry and udon. We advise you to go for one of the sets, the culinary experience is worth it, especially at this affordable price. The restaurant is located in a beautiful traditional house and the decor is most exotic. An irori is in the middle of the room.
