MATSUDAIRA ROYAL GARDEN OF AIZU

This beautiful garden, more commonly known as Oyakuen, is a very pleasant place to take a leisurely stroll through. The main garden consists of a carefully crafted landscape garden that comes to life around a pond. Oyakuen also has a medicinal herb garden with hundreds of types of plants still being cultivated. There is also a tea house and a small shop. A beautiful walk not to be missed.
