This museum, very modern and design, is installed in a concrete building designed by Tadao Ando. The museography is very well done and uses many modern and very interactive techniques. Unfortunately, everything is in Japanese language. Just in front of this museum, it is possible to visit for free the Bokeitei house, which mixes tradition with modernity. This building was built between 1916 and 1929 by a merchant from the town of Himeji.
