Located in a traditional Japanese building of just over a hundred years old, Maegura Restaurant is attached to the Nadagiku Shuzō brewery, which was opened in the early 1910 s. Specializing in tōfu and suminabe (meat and vegetable marinates), the restaurant tends to create harmony between the dishes and the sake.
