Established in 1933, this pretty botanical garden is located at an altitude of 865 metres. On the slopes of the mountain, the visitor can appreciate nearly 1,500 species of plants, including alpine species from all over the world. Some of them are typical of Mount Rokko. It is also a beautiful garden for observing the variations of nature throughout the year. The place is especially popular in spring and autumn, when the colours are at their most beautiful.

Jardin situé a flanc de montagne. On prend un telepherique pour montée puis on redescend par le jardin par une route en zig zag. Belle vue sur kobe. Jardin assez décevant comparé a d'autres jardins japonnais.
