This soba restaurant offers soba in the Kansai style. The soba flour is made from fresh wheat. The most popular dish is sudachi soba, as sudachi is a Japanese citrus fruit. These soba are served hot in winter and cold in summer. In summer, it is a real treat to enjoy the cold version of sudachi soba, especially after getting out of a public bath. The presentation of the dish, with the many slices of sudachi covering the whole, is very appetizing. The restaurant is a nice place to feel good.
