This cable car connects in 12 minutes the mountain Rokkō to Arima Onsen, the charming spa town near Kōbe. It is the longest cable car in Japan, at five kilometres, although only one section is still operated by the city today. The line allows visitors to reach the Arima Onsen station from Rokkō-Sanchō, located in the heights of Mount Rokkō. Around 60 people can board the cabin. The height difference of the still open portion is 447 metres. The view of the surrounding mountains is breathtaking.
