Right in the center, this public park of nearly 500 hectares is simply impossible to miss. Between the deer and the many temples it houses, one is bound to cross it at some point. Within this vast area that stretches 4 kilometers from east to west and 2 kilometers from north to south, sacred deer roam freely among picnic tables, long walkways and architectural wonders. If this is the heart of Nara city, it is almost the heart of the entire trip!

Si vous avez toujours rêvé de caresser une biche vous êtes au bon endroit, elles sont très sociables, parfois un peu brusques mais tout se passe bien à condition d'être respectueux des animaux et de la nature. Une superbe expérience

Très grand parc ou éparpillent une partie des multiples temples de Nara. Beaucoup de daims, presque autant que de touristes, vraiment peu farouches. Vous pouvez acheter des gâteaux secs pour quelques centaines de yens pour les nourrir.

C'est vraiment impressionnant d'être suivi par des cerfs et de pouvoir les caresser sans qu'ils s'en aillent. C'est immanquable.

Si vous sortez de la gare pour aller au temple du grand Bouddha, vous traverserez forcement le parc et rencontrerez ses habitants, les biches. Vous pouvez achetez des galettes de riz pour les nourrir mais attention, les galettes vont partir en quelques secondes.

A pleasant walk from the biches, from the nara station you will not be far from the Park (10 minutes walk into a false flat flat). You will be able to see beautiful trees, but mostly sweet biches in general. Then you can see the time with the big Boudha.
