In the heart of the old town, a hamlet of several 16th century houses has been restored to its original state, as a legacy of another era. Each house has a few rooms, some of which are blind, but all of which are comfortable, air-conditioned, and typical of the area, with a private bathroom attached or on the landing. The majilis are quiet places to rest and read, and some houses even have an outdoor rooftop from which to admire the oasis of Nizwa. Possibility of privatization for small groups or families. A favorite!

المكان جمييل جدا يجعلك ترجع إلى الماضي الجميل بتفاصيله الدقيقة العادات والتقاليد والعمران القديم والبيوت الطينية مع الحداثة في ما يحيط بالموقع المأكولات الجديدة كافيهات تقدم مختلف الوجبات ، كل شئ حولنا الأسواق التقليدية مشي بالأقدام ولم نحتاج إلى السيارة للتنقل مناسب لكل الفئات للأزواج والعوائل والأصدقاء

Beautiful traditional hotel in the centre of Nizwa, very close to the Fortress and souq. The building has thick walls and thanks to it the isolation both from heat and noise is very good and you can relax in calm conditions. The only small inconvenience was that in the evening only cold water flowed from the shower (in the morning everything was already ok).

Staff is super-friendly - they offered to us coffee and dates and we had a conversation about our Oman journey.

Le manager Assaad nous a accueilli très chaleureusement autour d’un café et des dattes et s’est montré très patient et disponible pour nous conseiller sur les activités et lieux à visiter aux alentours. Nous avons booké une visite de la ville directement avec lui.

Le petit déjeuner est varié et très copieux, les aliments sont vraiment bons.
L’hôtel est chaleureux à l’image de la ville de Nizwa.

Sehr schönes traditionelles Hotel mitten in Nizwa wenige Meter vom Souq entfernt. Parkplatz kostenfrei direkt hinter dem Hotel. Restaurants und Kaffee‘s mit Dachterasse in unmittelbarer Nähe. Wir können das Hotel nur empfehlen.
