Hotel with terrace and single rooms in Tropea

This hotel is the oldest building in the city and dates back to 1800: a beautiful old architecture, ideally located a stone's throw from the sea and the historic centre. The hotel has simple rooms but all different. On the top floor, a superb terrace allows you to enjoy an enchanting view of the Mediterranean Sea and the Aeolian Islands. A homemade breakfast that is out of the ordinary of other oversized hotels. The entire team is so attentive and professional that it feels a little bit like home; all in a relaxed atmosphere.

Fortunately able to get a room here after another disastrous booking. Close to everything walking, breakfast offered everything we wanted including fresh coffee. Weather wasn’t conducive to use the pool, beach etc

El hotel es un 3 estrellas aceptable. En mi caso fuimos estafados, porque teníamos 2 habitaciones reservadas y ya pagadas 100% y cuando llegamos nos dijeron que sólo tenían una habitación porque la otra tenía el baño dañado y tenían que darnos una habitación en otro hotel de ellos a unos 50mts de distancia pero de menor categoría.
La verdad al ser una familia de 4 integrantes esto nos cayó muy mal y la verdad es que no nos pudieron solucionar este inconveniente que era pura y exclusivamente de ellos y deberían haber podido solucionarlo de otra forma. Tuvimos que dormir separados en hoteles distintos y la
Habitacion que nos cambiaron era de un hotel 1 estrella cuando habíamos pagado un 3. No recomiendo este lugar. Muy desorganizado y estafan a los turistas.

Ich kann nicht wirklich was schlechtes dazu sagen, unser Zimmer war geräumig, wir hatten das Depandance Zimmer, mit Hund und es war top. Was etwas gestört hat, waren die Nebengeräusche der Suite… wurde aber schon von uns “gemeldet”. Service war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Frühstück war in Ordnung, Mittag und Abendessen gab es gegen Aufpreis dazu, tolle Lage und in der Nähe des Zentrums, zu Fuß ist alles easy erreichbar. Dazu konnte man auch ein Pool nutzen und der Strand ist ca. 400m entfernt. Ich weiß nicht woher die schlechten Bewertungen kommen, aber ich empfehle immer, sich selbst ein Bild zu machen. Ich werde nochmal kommen. Wir waren zufrieden. ????????
