LAGHI AMPOLLINO E ARVO

There is a great choice of itineraries all around Camigliatello. The one leading to Lake Arvo and Lake Ampollino is particularly attractive. Take route 107 to San Giovanni in Fiore, before turning right towards the village of Paumbo (route 179), set on the shores of Lake Ampollino in a truly striking setting. From here you continue towards a small lake with transparent waters, Lake Savuto, and finally return over the Ascione Pass (1,384 metres) towards Lake Arvo, whose shoreline is bordered by a few villages and hamlets.
