MUSEO DEI BRETTII E DEGLI ENOTRI

The museum, after various adventures, moved to the Palazzo della Biblioteca Civica. It exhibits collections from the site of ancient Cosenza. Among the objects on display are funerary ornaments from various necropolises, some of which date back to the 4th and 3rd centuries BC. The Roman era is represented by archaeological material from the necropolis of Cannuzze and the Grotta delle Ninfe, near the town of Cerchiara di Calabria.
