A San Antonio classic. For more than a quarter of a century, this restaurant has been offering typical Valluno dishes, using well-fried ingredients to raise cholesterol levels! For example, el aborrajado, a ripe plantain fritter filled with cheese; or the marranita, a plantain ball filled with chicharrón. Beware, hearty portions, especially for the picadas. To make it all go down, treat yourself to a lulada, a typical Cali drink made from lulos that can also be used as a dessert, a treat!
