El Pescadero is the restaurant of the fishermen's cooperative, opened some forty years ago. In the open air, often with a pleasant sea breeze and a beautiful view of the blue sea, you can enjoy the day's catch, at light prices compared with other restaurants on the island. Fish soup, ceviche, casuel de mariscos and lobster are all tasty and the portions hearty. Try rondón, a local fried fish recipe. But be sure to leave plenty of time, as service can be a little slow!
