Rolando is a Cartagena figure. In 2006, he created a character, Which Colombia, dressed in traditional clothing and accessories from different parts of the country, to draw attention and forge a collective consciousness to promote peace in his country and conserve his natural, cultural and human resources. Which is also an inexhaustible mine of information and good plans, in Spanish only. You will find it either in Alegria Heladeria (at the corner of Calles Et and Lunch) or at Café Colombianos (Plaza Santo Domingo). An index: a large Colombian flag with a fourth band, white as a symbol of peace, on which is inscribed «Colombia Somos Todos».
