GALERIA & ESMERALDAS DEL CASTILLO

Since 2018, this jewelry store located a 20-minute walk from downtown has been managed by Daira (who also owns Joyeria Kingdom). At the foot of Fort San Felipe de Barajas, the store has an on-site workshop, and the emeralds come from the Muzo and Chivor mines in Boyacá. Away from the hustle and bustle of the city center, this jeweller's shop offers beautiful one-off pieces in 18-carat gold and silver. The establishment also has a handicrafts store and a terrace with a viewpoint from which to enjoy a drink.
