Restaurant in Carnon where you can enjoy generous typical Indian dishes.
This Indian family straight from Bombay will make you smile for sure. The setting is rather simple and not the most comfortable, but you have to dare to push the door of this small restaurant that smells like spices. We discover typical dishes, sometimes very spicy, softened by the heat of a cheese naan and an Indian beer. The wait is a little long but here we eat fresh and freshly made food. Novice, taste the India mix, an assortment of meats (chicken, lamb...) spiced with curry and other delicate spices. The five spice rice is also excellent, it is sprinkled with raisins, curry, star anise, fennel ... A treat. The dishes are generous and leave little room for a dessert, unless you are still curious about Indian sweets. Probably one of the best Indian restaurants in the region, to be tested even in winter, on the spot or at home.

Service parfait. Nous y venons souvent.
En revanche, l’accueil à revoir alors qu’on avait réservé, prévenu qu’il y avait des enfants.
Le propriétaire a imposé des menus enfants alors qu’ils sont en âge de choisir ce qu’ils veulent manger !
Le ton du patron laisse à désirer mieux vaut-il à mon humble avis, qu’il prenne des vacances rapidement afin de revenir plus joyeux et amical.
Bien que nous comprenons et sommes sensibles aux contraintes financières des restaurateurs, un peu moins de grossièreté aurait été bienvenue (contrairement à nos enfants dans ce lieu ????)
Nous avons passé un bon moment.

We much enjoyed the evening we spent at New India. The food was delicious. I like spicy food and the chicken Masala was perfect for me! We also liked the Indian atmosphere; we appreciated to be able to talk to the owner, and even to the Chef.
