We can't recommend enough the cultural tours of the bubbly Kathleen, an activist for the use of bicycles in the city! After living in Florida for 10 years, Kathleen has returned home with a master's degree in environmental studies and a fierce determination to change the way people think. She offers cultural tours through the different neighborhoods of the city of San Juan, personalized and very instructive. On the side, she also offers the possibility to women who didn't have the chance to learn how to ride a bike and to children to learn. We love it!
