CAFÉ BERLIN

Café Berlin is an institution in Old San Juan, everyone knows it. Unfortunately for local customers, tourism has driven up the prices in recent years and it is rare to hear people speaking Spanish there. The best thing about this place is its chic and warm decor and its nice terrace, which is very pleasant at any time of the day since it overlooks the beautiful Colón square. The food served is good, but actually a bit expensive. On the menu, Puerto Rican and vegetarian dishes have the best part. For those with a sweet tooth: try the "pancakes dulce de leche"!
