Avis accepts both credit and debit cards (American Express, MasterCard, Visa). The renter must be over 21 years old and his/her name must appear on the credit card. A return airline ticket must be presented at the counter. Rentals often require a rental fee authorization hold in the amount of US$200. Included insurance provides basic coverage, so check what is included with your Visa card and budget accordingly.
