SKOOTEL

Like Kick or Bird, already widespread, Skootel is a company specialized in the urban transport in electric scooter. This one is entirely Puerto Rican. As for the other two, you will have to start by downloading the Skootel application on a smartphone (via App Store or Google Play). You'll then be prompted to create an account, with a valid driver's license and a credit or debit card. Then, ditto, locate your Skootel, scan your QR Code to unlock the scooter and ride. The use of a helmet is recommended.
