ACE Rent A Car has more than 300 licensed locations in over 45 countries. In Puerto Rico, it has three locations. The company applies the same rules as the others: be over 21 years old, have a credit card in the name of the renter, present a national driver's license (an international driver's license is not required), the passport of the main driver and that of any additional driver.
