This small lodge is a good address for travellers wishing to spend a night near the city. In a lush garden, comfortable bungalows with thatched roofs line up facing the Zambezi River. They are equipped with bathroom, refrigerator and fan. For the small purses, three bungalows with shared showers and sanitary facilities are available. The house offers an original kitchen, and breakfast is served in the company of the many guinea fowl and vervets that claim their share of the feast.

The place is beautifully verdant. It is at the bank of the mighty Zambezi river with a great view of the river. It's calming and relaxing. The staffs are friendly and welcoming. If you love nature, this is a place for you.

Stayed there for 2 nights. Literally nothing to write home about. Everything was quite average.

Im Garten dieser Lodge gibt es den bekannten „Yellow-throated Leaflove“. Die Zimmer sind schön gepflegt, das Personal freundlich, die Bootsfahrt sehr vogelartenreich.
Das Familienzimmer ist wunderschön, der „Bream“ (Brasse aus Süsswasserzucht in Zambia) schmeckt absolut phantastisch.
Im Garten sind oft Trompeterhornvogel und der Leaflove zu finden…. Deshalb von Leaflove Safari gern genutzt :-)

Das war hier kein Problem, man hat uns sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit aufgenommen.
Die Anlage ist schön gelegen, direkt am Fluss und sehr grün mir vielen schönen Pflanzen und Bäumen. Auf kleinen Terassen kann man die Aussicht genießen.
Es war auch kein Problem kurzfristig eine Bootstour zu buchen, diese war sehr schön und unser Guide hat uns viele schöne Ecken mit Nilpferden, Affen, verschiedenen Vögel und Krokodilen gezeigt.
Da wir in der Nebensaison dort waren, gab es ein leckeres, kleines Menü zum Abendbrot.
Das Frühstück war reichhaltig, warme Speisen konnte man separat ordern und diese wurden frisch zubereitet.
Alles in allem fühlten wir uns sehr wohl.
