One of the best tables in town from our point of view. In a large room with a bay window overlooking the ocean, the service is impeccable and to the smallest detail. Specializing in seafood, it offers a wide choice including meat and vegetarian dishes. The seafood platter, oysters and lobster dishes are particularly recommended and prepared with refinement: we would expect nothing less with products freshly fished from the sea, but it is a real delight with a magnificent view.

Resto super chic à Luderitz
Restaurant agréable avec une très belle vue sur l'océan en terrasse, surtout après la traversée du désert en venant de Aus. Bonne langouste même si pas donnée. Personnel très agréable.

Nous avons fait escale à Luderitz lors d'un séjour en Namibie cet été et notre repas au resto Penguin restera sans aucun doute le meilleur des vacances ! Nous y étions allés essentiellement pour la réputation des langoustes et nous avons été servis... Sur la terrasse au bord de l'océan (par 38°C !), nous avons dégusté une assiette contenant 6 langoustes grillées accompagnées d'une sauce citronnée et de frites ou riz au choix : un délice ! Nous avions débuté le repas par des huitres chaudes au bacon gratinées au fromage bleu, également un régal. Nous recommandons vivement cette adresse aux amateurs de fruits de mer, d'autant plus que les prix sont corrects (environ 30€ l'assiette de langoustes)
Really disappointed with this " restaurant" the menu is not worth a brasserie (fish standard " fish and chips" in less better!), if air-conditioning; however, the breakfast buffet is very good for him.
