This labyrinthine restaurant with a wacky decoration, offers a room inside and many tables outside under huge thatched roofs, around large fires. Despite its size, it has managed to preserve a friendly and relaxed atmosphere, a mix of German beergarten and American saloon. Yet it is the local game that is in the spotlight! Excellent grilled meat dishes are served here, such as the tasty oryx, crocodile, ostrich, zebra and kudu skewers. A must, but book in advance!

If you have one restaurant in Windhoek, not to visit not further!

This restaurant has an eccentric deco mixture of African hut and flea market where the dishes are copious and incredibly delicious meat! I recommend the Zebra steak highly, a must!



Advance booking recommended in the evening and even more the weekend.
