The best part is the location, the Lodge is built against a beautiful rock face. The buildings are very pretty, unfortunately the rooms were not easy to find so quite a bit of searching in the heat. Some simple signage would solve that. Parking was annoying, there were perfectly usable spots near the houses, but I guess the area had to look pretty, so we had to walk 5-10 min to the car every time we needed it. In 35+C heat.
Rooms are not that small, but because of the huge bed in the middle there is little room for suitcases. Bathroom is basic. There is a pool, but so small (understandable in the desert) that when the hotel is busy you have little chance of finding a place to sit. WiFi costs extra! In 2023, at an expensive lodge.

Ausgesprochen nettes Personal, auf dem Gelände gibt es Felszeichnungen und Klippschliefer. Zimmer ein bisschen klein ( oder Bett zu gross)????

Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis stimmt leider nicht.
Mobiliar in unserem Zimmer war defekt. Die Duschtücher fuseln wie verrückt. Beim Frühstück hatten die Tisch-Untersetzer diverse Flecken vom Abendessen. Der Kaffee schmeckt nicht. Es gibt untertags keine Möglichkeit Snacks, z.B. ein Sandwich zu bestellen. Essen wird alles nur in Buffet-Form angeboten. Hier versucht man maximalen Gewinn zu erwirtschaften. Die Leute kommen ja wegen den Sehenswürdigkeiten sowieso hierhin. Die Umgebung ist schön und auch der Pool. Die Leute sind freundlich. Wir fühlten uns hier einfach ein bisschen abgezockt. Schade, das passt so gar nicht mit unseren anderen Namibia-Erfahrungen zusammen.

Gute Lodge, die sich von der Lage her für eine Tour durch Namibia durchaus eignet.
Der Service ist sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit.
Die Anlage ist gepflegt, die Zimmer könnten jedoch durchaus sauberer sein, vor allem der Boden.
Das Essen ist sehr lecker, vor allem das frisch gegrillte Fleisch ist sehr gut!
Etwas überteuert ist jedoch der Preis für das WLAN, welches in den sonstigen Unterkünften kostenlos ist.
