Tenna Express, Shuttle, Tours and Transfers opened its doors in Windhoek, Namibia, in 2000, as a 100% Namibian company.
The company started out operating locally using a single vehicle (microbus) and offering only transfer services from the international airport to various drop-off points. However, thanks to the owner's ongoing commitment, entrepreneurial spirit and ambition, the company has continued to grow and leave a positive mark on inbound tourism in Namibia. The company began to expand by increasing the number of vehicles to meet the growing demand for transfer services. Additional vehicles were purchased, including 2007 Toyota Quantums, 2007 VW Polos and Toyota Condors. To date, the company has twelve registered, well-maintained and air-conditioned vehicles, with liability insurance for passengers.
