It was built, about ten years before the arrival of the Bolsheviks, by Muhammad Rahim Khan, known as Ferouz. Pas le must mais original
Pas le premier monument à visiter à Khiva, seulement si l’on a du temps. A 1 km de la vieille ville. Pas inintéressant car pas mal de petites expos dans les salles à côté du palais dont une de photos très bien. Le palais atteint le summum du kitch !
