This Chinese-run bar-restaurant, which claims to be a cultural center but is far from being one, is mostly animated in the evenings by young Bissau-Guineans who come to drink cocktails, play billiards or smoke chicha, to a background of varied, somewhat loud music. The restaurant's menu, a little too exhaustive, offers a wide choice of local, Chinese and vegetarian dishes. With a bit of luck, your chosen dish will be available. Service is a little slow, but the plates are hearty. Good house cocktails.
