This is the capital's other good restaurant, run by Luis, a Portuguese expatriate who has been living in Guinea-Bissau for almost 20 years. He is the master of the stoves, as he imagines and cooks all his dishes himself. The menu is simple, with a few meats and fish, and changes with the seasons and the market. On the terrace or in the air-conditioned dining room, you'll enjoy inventive, tasty cuisine. A fine selection of wines. On weekends, sushi is in the spotlight: don't deprive yourself! Impeccable, attentive service.
