Katowice Airport is located 80 km west of Krakow. There are three terminals. The information point is located on the first floor of Terminal A. Ryanair provides some Beauvais-Katowice flights. The Lufthansa and Easyjet companies provide many flights from CDG or Paris Orly airports.
Bus. Two bus companies connect the airport to Krakow's bus station in about 2 hours. These are the minibuses of the Kraków Pyrzowice Express companies (++ 48 603 966 598, www.pyrzowiceekspres.pl) and Matuszek Airport Bus Service (++48 32 236 11 11, www.matuszek.com.pl/transfery_en.html). The schedules correspond to the arrival and departure times of the flights at Katowice Airport. The ticket price is 45 zl (an aisle). For both companies tickets can be purchased in advance on the Internet or with the driver (by paying a small increase of about 5-6 zl).
