This milk bar is clearly the kind of place you'd expect to find when you walk through the door. From the decor to the dishes served (at prices that are still unbeatable), you'll be immersed in the atmosphere of these state-run restaurants, typical of the Soviet era. Bar mleczny Neptun is ideally located on the main street. It really is the perfect place to enjoy a hearty, homemade and very inexpensive lunch, after long hours walking the city's cobbled streets. There are a few vegetarian options à la carte.
