This magnificent red-brick wall was built in 1548, then dismantled in the 19th century before being rebuilt along with the old town after the Second World War. This complex surrounds almost half of the historic center. Walking west along the walls from the castle, a statue of a little boy dressed as a soldier, with an oversized German helmet (Pomnik Małego Powstańca z 1944 r.), pays tribute to the young insurgents.

Bien rénové
C'est un lieu très agréable à visiter,beau, bien rénové, un passage qui vous plonge dans le passé et l'histoire de la vielle ville de Varsovie.

The entrance to The old town
Still rebuilt like all The old town, it is a good entrance or exit to The old town. Before the bridge was on the water that helps the guarda to protect the castle

ça sent le neuf et le tourisme
C'est ici que l'on voit que tout a été reconstruit et fait au maximum pour le tourisme, ça sent le neuf et l'effet photo est immédiat, c'est trop décor, mais laissons nous transporter et voir tout cela, c'est assez beau et ne pas manquer de flâner aussi le long de ses remparts et la belle vue sur la Vistule sa rivière en contrebas.

Les barbacanes qui encercle la vielle ville sont juste splendide! moi qui suis passionné par celà, je suis tombé sous le charme.

Superbe, un incontournable à Varsovie ! Très jolie à la période de noël comme toute la vieille ville, le marché de noël est juste à côté des remparts !
