This 18th-century Baroque palace, built by the powerful Krasiński family, is one of the city's finest and largest Baroque palaces. It became the property of the Republic in 1764, serving as the seat of administrative power, the Treasury and, later, the Supreme Court. Today, it houses the special collections of the National Library. Near the palace, you'll find a beautiful garden open to the public and quiet on fine days.

Dans le palais de la famille Krasinski se trouvait des collections de la Bibliothèque Nationale.
Ce bâtiment est situé sur la place portant le même nom de famille.
Il a été conçu par l'architecte danois Tylman van Gameren à la fin du XVIIIe siècle.
Le palais lui-même n'est pas ouvert aux touristes, mais ils peuvent marcher dans le parc adjacent à son dos.
