The Centre de Civilisation Française et d'Études Francophones de l'Université de Varsovie is a Franco-Polish institution located in Warsaw. Founded in 1958 by the philosopher Michel Foucault, it offers a variety of activities and services related to the French language and culture. The Center conducts interdisciplinary research projects, organizes conferences, seminars and debates, and publishes scientific works. It also has a library with collections dedicated to the French language and culture. The Centre is a forum for academic and scientific cooperation between Poland and France, and participates in the projects of the Alliance of European Universities 4EU+.
