CABAÑAS DEL BOSQUE

Close to the Guaruma Trail (one of the main access to the Pico Bonito Park), this is the only accommodation proposed and managed by residents of local communities (community tourism project supported by the LARECOTURH association). All other lodges are indeed held either by foreigners or by Hondurans but who are not native to one of the communities of the Rio Cangrejal. The hotel was very clean, the room was very clean and it was very clean. The place is ideal to rest far from the city, to lie early and wake up at the dawn, to the singing of the birds, to enjoy the gentle light of the little morning to observe the surrounding fauna and flora accompanied by a local guide.
