A festival that features outdoor historical re-enactments with beautiful costumes, horses and music.

It is one of the biggest festivals in Norway and takes place over 4 days at the end of July: concerts, exhibitions, entertainment for the whole family. St Olav's Day: Norway's greatest saint is commemorated throughout the country, including in Stiklestad, the historic site of the battle in which he died. Tickets are available online from November onwards as this is a very popular event for those who love historical re-enactments!
