Manager Lars Laurentius Paulsen's motto is: tradition and renewal. Or how to bring up to date the Norwegian culinary traditions of yesteryear. This is the challenge of this restaurant, and it has been met with flying colours! There is also a small stage where some artists come to perform. On the menu, cod, salmon cooked with small vegetables, reindeer steak with cabbage and mushrooms and of course a vegetarian selection. Troll is also known for its good beer and wine list.
