To the north, towards the Western Sahara, it is an incessant fight between the ocean breakers and the steep cliffs. To the south, it is the beginning of an uninterrupted sandy beach that extends for hundreds of kilometers... It's beautiful, isn't it? After the hot and difficult hours spent on the road to reach Nouadhibou, it would be a shame not to enjoy this magnificent site. By taking some precautions, you will be able to reach the beach and to venture carefully in the waves... But be careful, it shakes! The big cross which dominates the place is there to commemorate the memory of Breton sailors who died while fishing lobsters.
