If you have the opportunity to spend a day outside Lusaka, the restaurant of Lilayi lodge is a good idea, for its plate as for its setting. However, you must make a reservation. This pretty bourgeois and bucolic setting matches the refined plates of African fusion cuisine, concocted with ingredients from local farms. We particularly appreciate refreshing ourselves in the swimming pool during lunch break. And eventually decide to go for a walk or a bike ride in the domain, where giraffes and impalas roam.
