The restaurant at the new Ciêla Resort & Spa, not far from Lusaka airport, offers gourmet menus of 6 and 12 courses. The cuisine under the leadership of Chef Sungani is Zambian, but executed with contemporary techniques and twists. The restaurant, with its white tablecloths, colorful cement tiles and wooden furniture, is sophisticated. Locavore, all ingredients come from farms within 100 km of Lusaka.
