A museum dedicated to beer is the brainchild of Austria's largest private brewery, Stiegl, which has been based in Salzburg since 1492. You'll discover how beer is made, the stages of fermentation, cultural anecdotes about the drink and more. You'll even be given a tasting session (it's no fun if you don't), so you can become a real expert by nibbling on a pretzel. Souvenir store and restaurant at the same address.
