The Hotel Hohenstauffen is located in a quiet street in Salzburg. This 3-star establishment is close to the train station and many of the city's points of interest: 200 m from the Salzkammergut, Mozart, Tauern and Alpe-Adria cycle paths, 700 m on foot from the Mirabelle Gardens, close to one of Austria's famous jazz clubs... It offers 31 modern or "old Salzburg" style rooms that can be booked online. All rooms are comfortable and well-equipped, with bath or shower/WC. A hearty breakfast is served in the morning, featuring top-quality regional produce. The owner is an avid cyclist, and will be happy to advise you on the best routes for your visit. The city center is 25 min by walk
Was clean, the staff was nice- I payed the city tax with the credit card- which is awesome because I never carry too much money on me
The hotel has a history behind and it was like staying at a relative ????
It would have been a 10 from me is there was a mini fridge in the room- so much needed for the beer and wine
The pillow was basically no pillow- extremely used, my neck hurt because of that
Best option of cleanliness and proximity to train stations
Also, I was very impressed by breakfast and all food in antique dishes, cups, and kettles.
Truly recommend it ????
