Their garage was right in front of the hotel!! A+ Concierge service was impeccable! Everyone was so friendly. Our room had a balcony that overlooked the area then to the side we had the entire balcony to ourselves! Loved it.

Amazing experience, beautiful hotel in a great location with an incredibly helpful staff. They went the extra mile to help me enjoy my stay & even packed me a breakfast after arranging me a taxi to the train station. Would recommend booking here!

Our experience here was spectacular. The hotel had the most amazing views and accommodations for our time in Ravello. Giuseppe was the best part for us, between his cheerful greetings and recommendations for restaurants and things to do in the area. We loved our stay and will definitely be back soon!

We stay at the Hotel in the past August 2023, only 3 days. We had an amazing stay. The staff from the Hotel we very very nice. Very attentive and willing to make us happy: and yes we left very happy with an smile and sad because we were leaving Ravello. Ravello is beautiful!!!! THANKS TO ALL OF YOU FOR THE WONDERFUL TIME AND THE TICKETS TO SINATRA TRIBUTE CONCERT.THANK YOU!!!! I love the Hotel outdoors, garden, the pool setting (sadly we did not use because we were out all the time). We run the local bus all the time to Amalfi and to other town nearby. we walked down the hill and returned by bus. Ravello is absolutely beautiful and it deserves to be discover.

Excellent hotel

My bestie and I found this hotel on our last day of our visit to the Amalfi coast. We had a horrible experience at the hotel we had been staying at for 3 nights in Praiano. The air conditioning did not work in our room and when we tried to switch rooms to one that was available, the hotel management would only switch us if we paid 100 Euros more. There was no empathy nor problem resolution offered at any time. They threatened that even if we moved hotels, they were still going to charge us for the entire stay. Way to treat your guests, especially when they did nothing wrong. All we wanted was a room with working air conditioning, which we paid for!

When we found Hotel Giordano, we inquired about using the pool for the day because we were seeking relief from all the heat. We were greeted by Giusy, who heard our horror story and took it upon herself to try to help us. She did! She was able to offer us a room at the lovely hotel at a discounted rate and on top of that, she upgraded our room when she learned we were in Italy for our milestone birthdays. Giusy was instrumental in helping us end our vacation on a positive note. If it weren't for the exceptional customer service we received at Hotel Giordano, we may never had gone back to Amalfi. Instead, I now want to bring my adult kids and the family back to Ravello, to Hotel Giordano, so they can experience the Amalfi coast as it should be experienced.

Thank you Giusy and to all the others at Hotel Giordano that treated us with dignity and respect. You made us feel valued. Thank you for salvaging what would have turned out to be a bad experience for us. I will always be grateful for your kindness.

Bien situé par rapport à la place centrale à Ravello. Accueil exceptionnel de la part de Giuseppe qui a été d'un conseil hors pair aussi bien pour les sorties que pour la logistique de notre séjour. Chambre avec énormément de charme et une piscine avec une vue panoramique sur les hauteurs de Amalfi. Une note exceptionnelle pour la douche de la piscine et pour le service.

The hotel is very romantic and beautiful. The staff is nice and helpful. We got upgraded to a standard room with balcony facing the pool and town square. It was very fresh, modern and really fitted well with my picture of Italy.

The pool was quite cold, but that might be the custom in this area. It felt refreshing, but might not be for everyone.

Since Ravello is a more quiet town I imagine a lot of families stay here. The town square was full of playing(and shouting) children in the evenings.
Unfortunately for us there were many families with smaller children in the hotel during our stay. Which did make it hard to relax by the pool.

Breakfast was amazing with fresh fruit and all you could need. Remember to ask the staff for your morning cappuccino ????

We came for a 6 night stay, which included a family wedding. The staff was attentive and professional. Hotel Giordano is a hidden gem.

I stayed here in May. This hotel is in a great location, not far from the square. The room was nice. I loved the tile in the bathroom and on the floor. The breakfast was very good. Lots of choices. I liked the crostata frutta (jam tart).

This hotel is truly beautiful! The garden is so colorful and just pleasant to walk through. The different flowers bring life into the hotel’s exterior. The room we stayed was also very cozy and in the style of local culture. The hotel also has all the necessary amenities with temperature control in the room, ironing room, laundry service (paid), and a beautiful pool. The staff are really friendly and helpful, Giuseppe gave me a lot of advice on local attractions and helped with all the bookings. I definitely recommend staying at this hotel!

Siamo stati lì soltanto per 24 ore, tra il sabato e la domenica, ma tutto è stato perfetto. Tutto lo staff è molto cortese ed anche la cena, nei pressi dell'Hotel Santa Maria che fa parte della stessa catena, è stata di ottima qualità. Ci siamo sentiti coccolati e spero veramente di poter ripetere presto la stessa esperienza.

I had my wedding in Ravello and I stayed in Villa Maria while my guests stayed in Hotel Giordano which belongs to the same group. I would day Hotel Giordano has the best location! I want to thank all the staff especially the reception for their impeccable service! Nothing is too much trouble for them, whatever requests you have they do their best to find solutions for you. The hotel itself is very clean and the structure is tastefully designed. I will definitely stay in Villa Maria/ Hotel Giordano again!
