Villa Flavio Gioia was born from the restructuring of a patrician residence in the centre of Positano. The main façade has a beautiful view of the sea and each apartment has its own terrace. A small, shady and flowery garden, carefully maintained, is also available to guests. Certainly one of the best locations in town. Shops, restaurants, beaches are all just a few steps away. The apartments are spacious and bright with all the comforts and services of a hotel.

A home away from home! Location, location, location is unbeatable. The service and care of the staff makes it hard to leave. The apartment was very comfortable and we felt like locals.

This has been one of the best holidays and apartments we have stayed in Italy. From the rooms, daily cleaning service, free ironing service. The front desk team of Vittorio and Kristina. Nothing was too much trouble for them. For booking us restaurants to taxi to giving us a few ideas and just asking us are we ok, how our day was. The views from our villa were just amazing. Watching the sea whilst having our first cuppa of the day. The location is very central too next to all the restaurants. Beach. Ferry to other islands. I would definitely recommend this villa and can’t wait to come back soon.

Très bien placé à immédiate proximité de la plage mais chambre exiguë, climatisation très bruyante et au final rapport qualité-prix défavorable.

Perfectly located hotel steps from the beach! The reception was nicer than nice! He went well out of his way to call around and find a Vespa for us to take for the day! Couldn’t have been more helpful! Thank you for the great time in Positano!
