It offers single sex dormitories for up to six people and spacious, well-kept rooms with TV, internet connection, minibar and private bathroom. The complex also has a wellness centre, spa and a small sports centre, with a discount on the entrance fee for hostel guests. Particularly pleasant and helpful staff.

First of all, the service staff is quite helpful and responsive, I highly appreciate that! However, the cleanness issue really needs to be addressed. I got many BED BUG bites during the first night I stayed. Honestly it indeed ruined my mood for the last days of South Italy traveling (the previous 5 days in other places and hotels are amazing). Thanks to the hotel, they refunded me quickly but just a reminder, hope you can attach the high importance to your environment.

Andare in questa spa durante la settimana è meraviglioso..., un lugo dove ci si può rilassare in una piscina calda con grotta idromassaggio, sauna, bagno turco, percorso caldo-freddo per le gambe e area relax con un'ottima tisana.

我在去年6月的時候預訂了一個6人女生的房間, 但是最後, 我被帶到了一個在餐廳旁邊的兩人房(非常向員工住宿,或是儲藏室改裝), 唯一的窗戶面向飯店運轉機器, 向監獄一般的狹小房間和一個鐵架雙人床, 我當時很疑惑, 因為價格滿高房間卻如此差勁,和booking上面的圖片完全不一樣, 直到後來我的另一個室友來了, 她告訴我必須去前台反映.
他們的回應像是, 給你們兩人房還不要?沒關係,很多人要
又一對藉口說, 已經沒有6人房了, 不會每個房間照片都和booking一樣呀
在一翻爭執後, 才順利換到樓上原本預定地6人房.......
如果你也被帶到相同房間, 請一定要反映換房, 因為不會有人想花那麼多錢住一個像監獄一樣狹小的地方
也希望業者不要再提供那間房間給消費者,非常不道德
如果你們有看booking評價, 很多人都被騙去住那間房

Mi aspettavo di più... Struttura moderna ma con standard molto bassi per Sorrento. La Spa giusto l'essenziale... Ottimi i trattamenti con personale molto professionale. Comodo il parcheggio e la vicinanza al centro!
